Introduction to Construction Project Development Feasibility Studies

About the course

Construction Project Development Feasibility studies usually cover many areas where expert studies are required. For example, financial feasibility study is merely one of several feasibility studies that need to be conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the proposed development.
Specialist Consultants need to be
appointed to conduct studies on planning issues, market analysis and legal issues. The zoning rights that are attached to the site at the commencement of the development are interpreted
to determine the construction cost of the building for inclusion in the preliminary financial feasibility study. A proper feasibility framework for the construction project development will usually consist of four sections namely: The socio-economic factors, Physical site location and environmental factors, The marketability of the property factors, and the use of financial tools to determine financial analysis.
